Return and Refund Policy

Shuffle-It Return Policy We want your shopping experience to be easy and worry-free.  If you need to return an item, we make it simple and convenient.  

Return Window: 

• 30 days: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original or unused condition. 

• 90 days: Shuffle-It Renewed products, most nonperishable products, items from a Birthday or Custom Gift List. 

• 180 days: Items from a Wedding Registry. • 365 days: Shuffle-It Renewed products in "Premium" condition. Non-Returnable Items: 

• Shuffle-It Bespoke/Customized Game Boards products, used T-Shirts, used caps, used mugs, certain digital products and items marked as "Final Sale." 

Refund Timeline: 

• 2-3 hours: Shuffle-It.com Gift Card. 

• 3-5 business days: Credit Card. 

• Up to 5 business days: Shop with Reward Points. 

• Up to 30 days: Pre-paid credit card. 

• No refund: Promotional certificate. 

• Up to 10 business days: Debit card, checking account, EBT card, cash (at participating locations).
